Shipping Policy

All tuber orders are shipped in spring when temperature warms up and freezing temperatures are no longer in forcast which is usually mid April.  Shipping will be fulfilled by USPS and sent priority mail. Each tuber is inspected and will have at least 1 visible eye. We carefully package each order to ensure your tubers arrive healthy and ready to plant. Shipping dates will be communicated via email once your order is shipped. We ship within the continental US only.  

If you would prefer local pick up at the farm in Scandia, MN please choose "local pickup".

Tuber Sale Policy

All sales are final.  Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact me/provide photo within 3 days with your concerns.  We will work with you and want to make it right.  Buyer takes full responsibility for the tuber after the initial 3 day period.  We are not responsible for damages caused by improper storage, negligence, plant performance.  Regarding virus: We take virus very seriously and cull any plants that looks suspicious.  We follow strict sanitation practices between every plant, every time. 

Tuber Refund Policy

Because tubers are a living product, we cannot accept returns. However, if your tubers arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you on a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or planting conditions after delivery.
